Do I need measurements to get started?

No. Start with your contact details and ZIP code. Room photos or rough dimensions can help later, and our team will discuss final measuring before your order is confirmed.

Can you come to my home?

We offer in-home consultations in Greater Boston. Select ‘In my home’ and share your ZIP code so our team can confirm service for your address.

What happens after I submit the form?

Your consultation request is saved with Kalia. You can then choose an available appointment time on the same page, or let our team help arrange the visit. Your appointment is confirmed after the booking calendar confirms your time.
